Serves: frosts one double-layer cake or 24 cupcakes.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, using whisk attachments, mix the Salted Butter (1 cup) with a hand-held or stand mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (6 cup) one cup at a time until just combined. Add the Lemon Juice (3 tablespoon) 1 tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency has been reached. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add the Lemon (1 tablespoon), and mix until just combined.
Step 2
Refrigerate until ready to spread on your favorite baked goods.
