Step 1
Drizzle a small amount of White Truffle Oil (1/4 cup) onto your non-stick pan and heat it up on a low-medium temperature. Place the Scamorza Cheese (1) in the center of the pan until the oil around it begins to sizzle.
Step 2
Using a spatula, gently lift the cheese and cook it on the other side. Repeat this until both sides begin to slightly brown and has melted down.
Step 3
Once the cheese is ready, place it on top of the Arugula (5 cups) . Serve immediately while the cheese is still warm and gooey by adding a piece of cheese, a Prosciutto (4 slices) rose and a portion of the arugula to each plate. Eat alone or with some fresh bread.
