Italian Fried Cheese

This warm and gooey gourmet delight that takes less than 5 minutes to make. The combination of salty cured meat with thick smoked mozzarella cheese and a drizzle of truffle will transport you to Italy with every bite. Best eaten with a crusty loaf of bread.

1 Scamorza Cheese
1/4 cup White Truffle Oil
4 slice Prosciutto
100 gram Arugula

STEP 1
Drizzle a small amount of White Truffle Oil (1/4 cup) onto your non-stick pan and heat it up on a low-medium temperature. Place the Scamorza Cheese (1) in the center of the pan until the oil around it begins to sizzle.
STEP 2
Using a spatula, gently lift the cheese and cook it on the other side. Repeat this until both sides begin to slightly brown and has melted down.
STEP 3
Once the cheese is ready, place it on top of the Arugula (100 gram). Serve immediately while the cheese is still warm and gooey by adding a piece of cheese, a Prosciutto (4 slice) rose and a portion of the arugula to each plate. Eat alone or with some fresh bread.
