Lightly coat a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and place the Extra Lean Ground Turkey (1 pound) into the skillet to brown and cook through over a medium-high heat. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Once the meat is cooked, add in the Frozen Mixed Vegetables (16 ounce) and allow it all to come to temperature.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Transfer the meat and veggie mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9" baking or a casserole dish.
Cover the mixture with the Frozen Tater Tots (28 ounce) and set aside.
Whisk together the Cream of Mushroom Soup (11 ounce), Cream of Chicken Soup (11 ounce), and Fat-Free Evaporated Milk (5 fluid ounce) in a large bowl.
Pour the mixture over the top of the tater tots and place into the oven to bake for about an hour or until hot and bubbling. Once done, remove from the oven and top with any shredded cheese if you desire.
Divide evenly among bowls and serve right away.
