Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
On a clean work surface, brush each Yellow Corn Tortillas (6) on both sides with Olive Oil (to taste) .
Step 3
In a small mixing bowl, combine the Brown Sugar (1 tsp) , Sea Salt (1/2 tsp) , Ground Cumin (1/4 tsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp) , and Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp) . Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the tortillas.
Step 4
Stack the tortillas in a pile and cut them into 6 wedges.
Step 5
Arrange the wedges in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake in the oven until the tortillas are crispy and beginning to curl, about 15 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and let stand on the baking sheet until cool enough to touch.
Step 8
Serve alongside guacamole or salsa.
