Bring a large pot of water to a boil and place the
Cauliflower (1 head)
in to cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, or until tender.
Once done, remove the cauliflower with a slotted spoon and transfer into a blender or food processor with
Shredded Italian Blend Cheese (1/4 cup)
Turkey Pepperoni (8 slices)
Heavy Cream (2 Tbsp)
Unsalted Butter (1 Tbsp)
Blend until smooth and season with
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Spread about half of the cauliflower into the bottom of an oven safe 'dip' dish of choice.
Pizza Sauce (1/2 cup)
, followed by a second layer of the remaining cauliflower puree. Sprinkle the
Shredded Italian Blend Cheese (1/2 cup)
over the top and layer on the
Turkey Pepperoni (12 slices)
over the cheese.
Cover with foil and place the dish into the oven to bake for about 20 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese has melted.
