Once done, remove the cauliflower with a slotted spoon and transfer into a blender or food processor with Shredded Italian Blend Cheese (1/4 cup), Turkey Pepperoni (8 slices), Heavy Cream (2 Tbsp), and Unsalted Butter (1 Tbsp).
