Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and place the Cauliflower (1 head) in to cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, or until tender.
Step 2
Once done, remove the cauliflower with a slotted spoon and transfer into a blender or food processor with Shredded Italian Blend Cheese (1/4 cup) , Turkey Pepperoni (8 slices) , Heavy Cream (2 Tbsp) , and Unsalted Butter (1 Tbsp) .
Step 3
Blend until smooth and season with Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Set aside.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 375 degree F (190 degrees C).
Step 5
Spread about half of the cauliflower into the bottom of an oven safe 'dip' dish of choice.
Step 6
Top with Pizza Sauce (1/2 cup) , followed by a second layer of the remaining cauliflower puree. Sprinkle the Shredded Italian Blend Cheese (1/2 cup) over the top and layer on the Turkey Pepperoni (12 slices) over the cheese.
Step 7
Cover with foil and place the dish into the oven to bake for about 20 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese has melted.
Step 8
Serve right away and enjoy!
