Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a bowl mix Unsalted Butter (1 cup), All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Quick Cooking Oats (1 cup), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), Baking Soda (as needed), Vanilla Extract (as needed), and Kosher Salt (as needed).

Place 1/2 cup of the mixture into a bowl and set aside.

Place piece of parchment paper into a 9"x13 " glass baking dish. Spread rest of the mixture into bottom of the dish, pressing into the corners.

Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven.

Allow it to cool for 10 minutes (this lets you spread out the preserves better).

Spread Raspberry Preserves (1/2 cup) on top, and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup crumbs. Bake for 15-18 Minutes, until the top is nice and evenly brown.
