Firstly line your baking dish with baking paper and preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
To cook the bacon, cover a baking tray in foil and evenly lay out the Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (8 slices) . Place into the oven to cook until the fat is starting to become crisp, approximately 15-20 minutes. Turn them all over after about 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
