Make sure to get young green jackfruit in brine or water, not in syrup.

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Rinse the Young Green Jackfruit in Water (1 can) , drain and shake out any excess water through a sieve, then chop roughly.
Step 2
Heat the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a large, non-stick frying pan, then add the Garlic (1 clove) and fry for 2-3 minutes until the garlic turns slightly golden in color.
