Season sauce with Poultry Seasoning (1 Tbsp), then add in Pasta (1.1 lb) and toss well.
Divide pasta into 4 portions. Garnish with Fresh Cilantro (1 1/4 cups), Chili Peppers (1 Tbsp), and Fried Shallots (1 Tbsp) before serving.
