Heat Oil (as needed) and sauté Onion (2/3 cup) till fragrant. Add the Boneless Skinless Chicken (7 oz). Pour in Cream (1 2/3 cups) and add in Aloo Gobi (1 1/2 cups). Let the sauce simmer over medium-high heat until the chicken is cooked through.
