Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Coarse Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Brussels Sprouts (3 3/4 cups)
sprouts into bite-sized pieces. Cut the bigger ones in half.
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Coarse Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
to the Brussel sprouts. Mix until evenly coated. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes.
Make sure to cook them as long as directed, Brussels sprouts are bitter if not cooked fully.
