Step 1
Cut the Pork (3.5 oz) into long strips, marinate with Soy Sauce (to taste) , Granulated Sugar (to taste) and Corn Starch (to taste) for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the Tofu (1 pckg) into small pieces, put on the plate, then add meat, Hot Pickled Mustard (3 Tbsp) and Dried Shrimp (to taste) on top. Steam under medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Simply sizzle some soy sauce on top. Serve and enjoy!
