Step 1
Mix All-Purpose Flour (1 1/3 cups) and Sweet Glutinous Rice Flour (1 1/2 Tbsp) together into a bowl. Then add in Water (1 cup) , mix it until smooth.
Step 2
Add in Salt (1 tsp) , Oil (1 Tbsp) , Sesame Oil (1/2 tsp) , Chinese Chives (to taste) , Dried Shrimp (to taste) , Lump Crab Meat (to taste) , Ground White Pepper (to taste) and seasoning, mix well.
Step 3
Add oil in hot pan, add a ladle of batter, cook until medium heat until golden and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
