Mix All-Purpose Flour (150 gram) and Sweet Glutinous Rice Flour (15 gram) together into a bowl. Then add in Water (240 milliliter), mix it until smooth.
Add in Salt (1 teaspoon), Oil (1 tablespoon), Sesame Oil (1/2 teaspoon), Chinese Chives (to taste), Dried Shrimp (to taste), Lump Crab Meat (to taste), Ground White Pepper (to taste) and seasoning, mix well.
Add oil in hot pan, add a ladle of batter, cook until medium heat until golden and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
