Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Brush your cookie sheet with
Oil (as needed)
or use parchment paper to cover.
Step 3
In a bowl, add
All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups)
,
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
, and
Salt (1/4 tsp)
.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, add
Vegan Butter (1/2 cup)
and
Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup)
. Blend until the consistency is creamy.
Step 5
Add
Oat Milk (3 Tbsp)
and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
. Beat until creamy.
Step 6
Slowly add the dry ingredients mixture and mix well.
Step 7
Stir in the
Vegan Chocolate Chips (1 cup)
.
Step 8
Make 1.5–2 Tbsp size balls of cookie dough and place them about 2-inches apart on the baking sheet (I made them bigger so I yielded 12).
Step 9
Place cookies in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 10
Place the baking tray on a wire rack to cool the cookies for about 2-3 minutes.
