For me, Christmas just isn’t complete without a mountain of cheese. This gorgeous recipe seriously takes it up a level though! Adding hints of garlic & thyme, that sexy silky melty cheese becomes the stuff of dreams.

step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
step 2
Remove the Camembert (1 pckg) from it’s plastic wrapper and place either back in its wooden box, or into a fitted dish. Slice a cross-hatch pattern in the top of the cheese. Try not to cut into the sides. Roughly slice the Garlic (1 clove) clove then wedge them into the lines you’ve just cut.

step 3
Tear the leaves off Fresh Thyme (1 sprig) and scatter them over the top. Press a few into the cuts to really get the flavor in. Drizzle a little Garlic Infused Olive Oil (as needed) over the top then place it onto a baking tray. Bake in the center of the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then let it stand for 5 minutes to cool and set slightly before serving.

step 4
It’s literally as easy as that! Now you can slice up some tasty Bread (to taste) and delve in. This is insanely delicious! I could get totally lost in it’s cheesy, garlic embrace. It’s a great addition to any cheese board, makes a lovely starter or simply a snack with drinks. It’s so versatile too, why not try it with some rosemary instead? Or crank up the heat and add some chilli flakes? The choice is yours.
