You could just make the mix on it’s own, and it’s delicious that way, but today, I’m going to load it up with Bob’s Red Mill Vanilla Nutritional Booster for added protein.

In a large bowl, whisk together Pancake Mix (1 cup), Vanilla Protein Powder (1 scoop), Ground Golden Flax Seeds (1 Tbsp), Unsweetened Almond Milk (4 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/4 tsp), Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp) and Banana (1) until smooth.
