Start by preparing the
Pizza Dough (1 lb)
ahead of time. If using premade refrigerated dough, bring the dough out to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. If you're making your own dough, account for the time it takes for the dough to rise.
Preheat oven to 525 degrees F (275 degrees C).
Once the dough is raised, shape into about a 16-inch pie. Use generous amounts of flour so the dough doesn't stick to the working surface.
Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
evenly over the pizza. Top with
American Cheese Slices (6 slices)
Provolone Cheese (6 slices)
Top pizza with
Deli Turkey (1/2 cup)
Ham (3/4 cup)
Salami (1/3 cup)
Transfer pie onto your pizza stone (jiggle your pizza peel first to make sure the pizza is loose and will slide off easily). Cook until crust is brown (about 15 minutes).
Once the pizza is done baking, top with
Lettuce (2 cups)
. Lightly sprinkle with
Italian Seasoning (1/2 tsp)
and drizzle your favorite
Italian Dressing (1/4 cup)
