Step 1
Start by preparing the Pizza Dough (16 ounce) ahead of time. If using premade refrigerated dough, bring dough out to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. If you're making your own dough, account for the time it takes for the dough to rise.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 525 degrees F (275 degrees C).
Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the lunch meats. Slice meat into bite-sized pieces. Refrigerate until ready to top pizza.
Step 4
Also prepare the vegetable toppings. Dice the Lettuce (2 cup), Tomato (1), and Onion (1) (about 1/4 cup of onion). Refrigerate until ready to top pizza
Step 5
Once dough is raised, shape into about a 16 inch pie. Use generous amounts of flour so the dough doesn't stick to the working surface.
Step 6
Spread Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) evenly over the pizza. Top with American Cheese Slice (7 slice) and Provolone Cheese (6 slice).
Step 7
Top pizza with Deli Turkey (3 slice), Ham (7 slice), and Salami (5 slice) and sliced onion (save the lettuce and tomatoes for after the pizza is baked).
Step 8
Transfer pie onto your pizza stone (giggle your pizza peel first to make sure the pizza is loose and will slide off easily). Cook until crust is brown (about 15 minutes).
Step 9
Once pizza is done baking, top with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Lightly sprinkle with Italian Seasoning (to taste) and drizzle your favorite Italian Dressing (to taste) on top.
