Start by preparing the Pizza Dough (1 lb) ahead of time. If using premade refrigerated dough, bring the dough out to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. If you're making your own dough, account for the time it takes for the dough to rise.

Preheat oven to 525 degrees F (275 degrees C).

Once the dough is raised, shape into about a 16-inch pie. Use generous amounts of flour so the dough doesn't stick to the working surface.

Spread Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) evenly over the pizza. Top with American Cheese Slices (6) and Provolone Cheese Slices (6).
