The longer the dip sits, the more pronounced the flavor will be.

The dip will keep up to 5 days in a sealed container in the fridge.

Place Fresh Dill (1 cup), Scallion (1 bunch), Garlic (2 cloves), Kosher Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (as needed), Lemon (1), 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice, and White Wine (1 Tbsp) in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Process until the mixture is finely chopped.
