Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place Fresh Dill (1 cup) , Scallions (2) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Kosher Salt (1 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) , Lemon (1) , 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice, and White Wine (1 Tbsp) in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Process until the mixture is finely chopped.
Step 2
Add Plain Greek Yogurt (1 2/3 cups) and Mayonnaise (1/3 cup) and pulse for 10 to 15 seconds, until smooth. Taste for seasonings, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve immediately. Enjoy!
