Fresh Dill (1 cup)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Kosher Salt (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
, 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice, and
White Wine (1 Tbsp)
in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Process until the mixture is finely chopped.
Plain Greek Yogurt (1 2/3 cups)
Mayonnaise (1/3 cup)
and pulse for 10 to 15 seconds, until smooth. Taste for seasonings, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve immediately. Enjoy!
