Clean and wash the Bone-In Chicken Legs (3) well. Make gashes on the chicken and keep aside.
Step 2
To a bowl add Thick Yogurt (2 Tbsp) , Lime Juice (2 Tbsp) , Oil (2 Tbsp) , Red Chili Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (1 tsp) , Ginger Paste (1 tsp) , Garlic Paste (1 tsp) , Ground Turmeric (1/2 tsp) , Garam Masala (1/2 tsp) , Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) , Kasoori Methi Powder (1 pinch) , and Salt (to taste) for marination. Combine everything well, if required add a table spoon of water.
