Step 1
Clean and wash the Bone-In Chicken Leg (3) well. Make gashes on the chicken and keep aside.
Step 2
To a bowl add Thick Yogurt (2 tablespoon), Lime Juice (2 tablespoon), Oil (2 tablespoon), Red Chili Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon), Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (1 teaspoon), Ginger Paste (1 teaspoon), Garlic Paste (1 teaspoon), Ground Turmeric (1/2 teaspoon), Garam Masala (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), Kasoori Methi Powder (1 pinch), and Salt (to taste) for marination. Combine everything well, if required add a table spoon of water.
