Though I wish to cater to all kinds of palates, you’ll chiefly find the Indian cuisine here wherein the Malabari (North Kerala) style will predominate as that’s where my roots, trunk and branches are.

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Prepare a tin lined with parchment paper and keep aside.
Step 2
Chop the Dark Baking Chocolate (1 cup) into small pieces.
Step 3
Add the Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (8) to a blender. You can grind it to a fine powder or can pulse it into small pieces.
Step 4
Put the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl along with Sweetened Condensed Milk (2/3 cup) and heat it in the Panasonic Microwave Oven on high power for 2 minutes. Take it out of the microwave and stir well.
Step 5
Stir until all the chocolate pieces melt and become a smooth consistency. Put back in the microwave for another few more seconds if needed.
Step 6
Add the powdered biscuits and Assorted Nuts (1/2 cup) (reserve a few for garnish). Stir until everything is combined well.
Step 7
Now pour this mixture into the prepared tin and spread out evenly. Sprinkle the reserved nuts.
Step 8
Keep in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or until it becomes firm. Once done remove from the tin and cut the fudge with a sharp knife into pieces. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
