Prepare a tin lined with parchment paper and keep aside.
Dark Baking Chocolate (1 cup)
into small pieces.
Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (8)
to a blender. You can grind it to a fine powder or can pulse it into small pieces.
Put the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl along with
Sweetened Condensed Milk (2/3 cup)
and heat it in the Panasonic Microwave Oven on high power for 2 minutes. Take it out of the microwave and stir well.
Stir until all the chocolate pieces melt and become a smooth consistency. Put back in the microwave for another few more seconds if needed.
Add the powdered biscuits and
Assorted Nuts (1/2 cup)
(reserve a few for garnish). Stir until everything is combined well.
Now pour this mixture into the prepared tin and spread out evenly. Sprinkle the reserved nuts.
Keep in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or until it becomes firm. Once done remove from the tin and cut the fudge with a sharp knife into pieces. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
