Place Vital Protein Marine Collagen (1 scoop) , Ground Turmeric (1/2 Tbsp) , Ground Ginger (1 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) , Cayenne Pepper (1/8 tsp) , Coconut Butter (3 Tbsp) , and Raw Honey (2 Tbsp) into a high power blender.
Step 2
Slowly add Filtered Water (2 cups) and let the steam dissipate before placing the lid on the blender.
Step 3
Blend for 60 seconds until it's nice and frothy. Optionally, you can strain through a fine-mesh sieve or nutbag, and then you won't have any ingredients that settle to the bottom.
Step 4
Drink right away or store in the fridge for up to one day.
