Cooking Instructions

Place Vital Protein Marine Collagen (1 scoop), Ground Turmeric (2 tsp), Ground Ginger (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), Cayenne Pepper (1/8 tsp), Coconut Butter (3 Tbsp), and Raw Honey (2 Tbsp) into a high power blender.

Slowly add Filtered Water (2 cups) and let the steam dissipate before placing the lid on the blender.

Blend for 60 seconds until it's nice and frothy. Optionally, you can strain through a fine-mesh sieve or nutbag, and then you won't have any ingredients that settle to the bottom.

Drink right away or store in the fridge for up to one day.
