Cooking options: 1. Bake these burgers in the oven at 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 minutes on each side. 2. Bake or fry the burgers in advance, and then toss them on the BBQ later.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Mix up your Ground Flaxseed (1 Tbsp) and Water (2 1/2 Tbsp) and place in the fridge for 15 mins to set.
Step 2
Heat some olive oil in a pan on medium heat and cook the Onion (1/2) until soft, translucent, and caramelized for about 15 minutes.
