Cooking options:
1. Bake these burgers in the oven at 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 minutes on each side.
2. Bake or fry the burgers in advance, and then toss them on the BBQ later.

Mix up your Ground Flaxseed (1 Tbsp) and Water (8 tsp) and place in the fridge for 15 mins to set.

Heat some olive oil in a pan on medium heat and cook the Onion (1/2) until soft, translucent, and caramelized for about 15 minutes.
