This vegan Caesar salad is a healthy twist on the original salad. It's much heartier than traditional recipe, but still garlicky, briny, and even cheesy. It's ready in just a few minutes and is really easy to make. Tastes AMAZING, too.
In a large bowl, add Kale (1 bunch) to Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon) and massage for about 2 minutes. This helps the kale to breakdown and makes it easily digestible.
Add a few tablespoons of the Vegan Caesar Dressing (to taste) to the kale, mix until all the kale is coated, adding more dressing to taste.
Place in portioned bowls, sprinkle with Vegan Parmesan Cheese (1 tablespoon) and top with Large Coconut Flakes (1 tablespoon) and a sprinkle of Hemp Seeds (1 tablespoon) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
Slice the Lemon (1) into wedges, serve with a lemon wedge.
