Oven temperature and cooking time for the fries might be various depending on the fries brand so, make sure to cook fries according to the package instructions.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Arrange French Fries (15 2/3 cups) on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes or according to the package direction, mixing the fries halfway through.
Step 3
While the potatoes are heating in the oven, make the topping. Heat the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in the skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add Red Onion (1) and cook for 5 minutes or until soft.
Step 4
Add Vegan Ground Beef (13 oz) and Taco Seasoning (2 1/2 Tbsp) . Cook for 5 more minutes. Once done, turn the heat to low while waiting for other components to finish.
Step 5
Warm the Cheddar Cheese Sauce (1 cup) for about 1 minute in the microwave, stirring halfway through.
Step 6
Remove the fries from the oven. Top them with meat mixture and cheese sauce.
Step 7
Garnish with Scallions (1 Tbsp) and serve.
