Add Brown Rice Flour (1 1/2 cup), Almond Flour (1/2 cup), Genuine Health Fermented Organic Gut Superfoods Unflavoured & Unsweetened (1 scoop), Baking Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon), Coconut Sugar (2 tablespoon), Beet (1), Fresh Strawberry (1 cup) Egg (2) and Almond Milk (1 1/2 cup) to a high powered blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Preheat waffle maker to medium-high.
Step 3
Pour 1/3 cup batter into each side of a square waffle maker and cook until crisp.
Step 4
Top with fresh cut strawberries, coconut yogurt and maple syrup. Enjoy immediately!
