Add Sliced Almonds (1 cup), Beet (1/3 cup), Pea Protein Powder (2 Tbsp), Vanilla Bean Pods (as needed), and Salt (1 pinch) to the food processor. Blend.

Add Cocoa Butter (1/4 cup) to the mixture and blend until smooth.
step 3
Add Honey (2 Tbsp) and blend until smooth.
step 4
Put the mixture in the box covered with baking paper. Decorate with Cocoa Nibs (1 tsp).

Freeze for 20-30 minutes or refrigerate for few hours.

Cut into smaller bars and enjoy!
