Step 1
Add Sliced Almonds (1 cup) , Beets (1/3 cup) , Pea Protein Powder (2 Tbsp) , Vanilla Bean Pods (1/2 tsp) , and Salt (1 pinch) to the food processor. Blend.
Step 2
Add Cocoa Butter (1/4 cup) to the mixture and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Add Honey (2 Tbsp) and blend until smooth.
Step 4
Put the mixture in the box covered with baking paper. Decorate with Cocoa Nibs (1 tsp) .
Step 5
Freeze for 20-30 minutes or refrigerate for few hours.
Step 6
Cut into smaller bars and enjoy!
