Add Sliced Almonds (100 gram), Beet (50 gram), Pea Protein Powder (2 tablespoon), Vanilla Bean Pod (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1 pinch) to the food processor. Blend.
Add Cocoa Butter (70 gram) to the mixture and blend until smooth.
Add Honey (2 tablespoon) and blend until smooth.
Put the mixture in the box covered with baking paper. Decorate with Cocoa Nibs (1 teaspoon).
Freeze for 20-30 minutes or refrigerate for few hours.
Cut into smaller bars and enjoy!
