Line your crock pot with aluminum foil leaving enough to cover the potatoes completely. Spray aluminum foil with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).

Add Baby Red Potatoes (6 cups) and cover with Ranch Seasoning Powder Mix (2 Tbsp). Top with Bacon (8 slices), Sharp Cheddar Cheese (2 cups), reserving 1/2 cup of cheese and 1 tablespoon of bacon for the end. Add Fresh Chives (4 Tbsp), reserving 1 teaspoon. Cover and close the foil, making sure to seal all openings.
