Step 1
In a saucepan over low heat, add Vegetable Oil (1 tablespoon) and Onion (1). Season with Onion Powder (1/2 teaspoon). Cook for 20 minutes, or until soft.
Step 2
Add Brown Sugar (1 teaspoon) and Balsamic Vinegar (1 teaspoon). Cook for 10 minutes, until the onions become thick and jammy. Set aside.
Step 3
Shape Ground Angus Chuck 80/20 (1 pound) into three patties, thicker than the average McDonald's burger. Rub each side with some Fresh Rosemary (1 sprig).
Step 4
In a mixing jug, add Mayonnaise (1/4 cup), Dijon Mustard (1 tablespoon), and Garlic (1/2 teaspoon). Stir until just combined.
Step 5
Add Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon). Mix again and set aside.
Step 6
In a bowl, add Sweet Chili Sauce (1 tablespoon) and Spicy Garlic Tomato Chutney (1 tablespoon) and mix well.
Step 7
In a pan over high heat with no oil, sear the patty for 4 minutes.
Step 8
Turn the heat down to medium. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste). Flip and place Mature Cheddar Cheese (1 slice) over the patty. Cook for another 4 minutes.
Step 9
Cook Streaky Bacon (to taste) until almost crispy.
Step 10
Lay out Hamburger Bun (3). On the heel bun, place the chili sauce and tomato chutney mixture, grilled onions, the patty with cheese, bacon, Tomato (to taste), Beet (to taste), and Lettuce (to taste). On the crown, spread mayonnaise.
Step 11
Serve and enjoy!
