First crumble the Graham Crackers (30) in a large bowl.
Add in the Desiccated Coconut (1 cup), Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon). Using a spoon mix well until combined and you have a thick gooey mixture.
Place the mixture into a square cake tin lined with baking paper and smooth out. Place into the fridge for 45-60 minutes to set.
When the time is almost up, break apart the Nestlé® Aero (200 gram) and microwave in 30-60 second intervals or until melted.
Pour the chocolate over the top and smooth out to the sides. Place in the fridge again for another 10 minutes to set.
