Step 1
Soak the
Dried Shiitake Mushrooms (1 Tbsp)
in room temperature water to extract a richer flavor.
Step 2
Blanch the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (9 oz)
by putting it into a pot and filling it with water. Trace your finger around the slider of the induction hob to bring the heat level to a maximum. The water boils in record time thanks to induction, but do not cook the chicken just yet.
Step 3
Drain the chicken, set aside, and add fresh
Water (2/3 cup)
.
Step 4
Add your ingredients in the following order: shiitake mushrooms,
Dried Red Dates (1 Tbsp)
,
Goji Berries (1 Tbsp)
, and
Cordycep Flowers (1 Tbsp)
. Pour in the rest of the
Water (1 1/2 cups)
and toss a
Chicken Bouillon Cube (1)
into the mix for extra flavor.
Step 5
Resume boiling with the instant response and high power levels offered by induction cooking. Your hob transfers heat only to the cooking zones you are using, leaving the rest of the hob surface cool.
Step 6
Next, add back the chicken and simmer over low heat at level 5-6 for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Avoid accidentally changing settings with a convenient lock function.
Step 8
Add your favorite rice noodles or vegetables towards the last few minutes to customize the dish to your liking. Serve the dish.
