Add mangoes, Brown Sugar (1/3 cup) , Red Chili Peppers (1/4 cup) , Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp) , Raisins (1 Tbsp) , Ground Ginger (1 tsp) , and Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp) to a pot and cook on stove top until bubbling, stirring continuously for about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Alternatively, heat in microwave-safe dish for 1-2 minutes, covered with a paper towel to prevent splattering.
Step 4
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks. Enjoy!
