Cooking Instructions
1.
Mix Almond Milk (1 Tbsp), Tahini (2 tsp), Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (1 tsp), and Sriracha (1 tsp) together for tahini sauce and set aside.

Spread Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus (1/2 cup) on Whole Wheat Pita Bread (2). Mix Canned Chickpeas (1/2 cup) with Paprika (as needed) and add to pitas.
3.
Cut Scallions (2 stalks) the length of the pita. Add to pitas with Red Cabbage (1/2 cup).
4.
Top with tahini sauce. Enjoy!
