Cook the Sweet Potato (1) in the Panasonic Microwave Oven in a covered casserole dish with 2 inches of water for 6 minutes until soft. Drain and cool slightly before adding to the salad.
Mix Canola Oil (1/3 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup), Lemon Juice (3 tablespoon), Minced Dried Onion (1 teaspoon), Honey Mustard (1 teaspoon), Poppy Seeds (1 tablespoon), and Salt (1/4 teaspoon) and set aside.
Add Fresh Spinach (1 package) to a large bowl or platter. Add Fresh Strawberry (2 cup), Fried Onions (1 cup), Craisins® Dried Cranberries (1/4 cup), and Walnut (1/4 cup). Stir dressing and add just before serving. Enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
