This fiber-filled salad is very versatile- you can sub the fruit, nuts, and toppings for another preference and it’s still going to be a hit! The sweet potato goodness + dressing is what seals the deal! I’ve yet to find any bottled dressing to compare it to, and it’s much cheaper to make than any store-bought kind.
