Dice the Onion (1/2).
Step 2
Dice the Tomato (1).
Step 3
Chop the Fresh Cilantro (2 tablespoon).
Step 4
Deseed and mince the Chili Pepper (1). Place all the prepared ingredients in a bowl.
Step 5
Slice the Avocado (5) in half, and remove the seeds.
Step 6
Scoop out all of the flesh with a spoon, and place in a large bowl.
Step 7
Mash up the avocados (5) until there are no big chunks left.
Step 8
Cut the Lime (1) in half and squeeze all the juice into the bowl.
Step 9
Pour in the Garlic Salt (1 teaspoon).
Step 10
Pour in all the ingredients prepared earlier, mix all together thoroughly.
Step 11
Serve immediately, preferably with tortilla chips.
