Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 275-300 degrees F (140-150 degrees C).

Stir together Matzo (2) with Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup), Unblanched Whole Almonds (4 Tbsp) , Safflower Oil (2 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp),Sea Salt (1/2 tsp),and Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp). Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until very lightly toasted.

Let cool, break into smaller pieces if any chunks have stuck together and then stir in Coconuts (4 Tbsp). Serve and enjoy!
