Step 1
Preheat the oven to 275-300 degrees F (140-150 degrees C).
Step 2
Stir together
Matzo (2)
with
Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup)

Unblanched Whole Almonds (1/4 cup)

Safflower Oil (2 Tbsp)
,
Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp)
,
Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp)
,
Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)
,and
Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp)
. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until very lightly toasted.
Step 4
Let cool, break into smaller pieces if any chunks have stuck together and then stir in
Coconuts (1/4 cup)
. Serve and enjoy!
