Cooking Instructions
1.
In a small saucepan, combine Water (1 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1 cup). Place over medium-low heat and cook until sugar is dissolved. About 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

In a blender, combine sliced Fresh Strawberries (1 1/2 cups) and simple syrup. Blend until smooth. Store the strawberry simple syrup in a glass jar in the refrigerator.

Fill a cocktail shaker about ½ to ¾ full with Ice (to taste).

Add Tequila (2 fl oz), Strawberry Simple Syrup (3 fl oz), Triple Sec (1 tsp), and juice from Lime (1). Shake well - about 30 seconds.

Slice 1/4 inch off of each end of the Limes (to taste) and cut it in half, lengthwise. Set one of the halves cut side-down on the cutting board, slice it at an angle, lengthwise to make lime wedges and set aside.
6.
Pour a few tablespoons of Kosher Salt (to taste) onto a small plate or shallow bowl. Take a one of the Lime Wedge and run it along the rim of your cocktail glass. Dip rim of cocktail glass into salt, pressing gently.
7.
Strain margarita into the glass. Enjoy!
