Trader Joe's® Beef-less Ground Beef
Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce
, peeled, chopped
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
To make vegan cheese sauce, boil
Baby Carrots (1 bag)
Drain and add to food processor with
Nutritional Yeast (1/2 cup)
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 cup)
Sea Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
. Blend until Smooth.
Spray skillet. Add
Trader Joe's® Beef-less Ground Beef (1 pckg)
Oil (as needed)
to the skillet and cook for a couple minutes.
Broccoli (1 head)
and cook a couple minutes more.
Quinoa (3 cups)
Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce (2 cups)
White Onions (1 cup)
. Stir and heat a few minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
