step 1
To make vegan cheese sauce, boil Potatoes (2) & Baby Carrots (1 bag) until soft.

Drain and add to food processor with Nutritional Yeast (1/2 cup), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 cup), and Sea Salt (1/2 Tbsp). Blend until smooth.

Spray skillet. Add Vegan Ground Beef (1 pckg) and Oil (as needed) to the skillet and cook for a couple of minutes.

Add Broccoli (1 head) and cook a couple minutes more.

Add Quinoa (1 cup), Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce (2 cups) and White Onion (1 cup). Stir and heat a few minutes.
