To make vegan cheese sauce, boil Potato (2) & Baby Carrots (1 bag) until soft.
Drain and add to food processor with Nutritional Yeast (1/2 cup), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 cup), and Sea Salt (1 1/2 teaspoon). Blend until Smooth.
Spray skillet. Add Trader Joe's® Beef-less Ground Beef (1 package) and Oil (to taste) to skillet and cook a couple minutes.
Add Broccoli (1 head) and cook a couple minutes more.
Add Quinoa (3 cup), Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce (2 cup) and White Onion (1 cup). Stir and heat a few minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
