Beef Quinoa

Trader Joe's® Beef-less Ground Beef
3 cups
Quinoa , cooked
2 cups
Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce
1 cup
White Onions , chopped
1 head
Broccoli , chopped
to taste
Oil
Cheese Sauce

Potatoes , peeled, chopped
1 bag
(16 oz)
Baby Carrots
1/2 cup
Nutritional Yeast
1/3 cup
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp

Step 1
To make vegan cheese sauce, boil Potatoes (2) & Baby Carrots (1 bag) until soft.
Step 2
Drain and add to food processor with Nutritional Yeast (1/2 cup) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 cup) , and Sea Salt (1/2 Tbsp) . Blend until Smooth.
Step 3
Spray skillet. Add Trader Joe's® Beef-less Ground Beef (1 pckg) and Oil (to taste) to skillet and cook a couple minutes.
Step 4
Add Broccoli (1 head) and cook a couple minutes more.
Step 5
Add Quinoa (3 cups) , Vegan Nacho Cheese Sauce (2 cups) and White Onions (1 cup) . Stir and heat a few minutes.
Step 6
Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
