Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a sheet tray with foil.
Slice the Ciabatta Bread (1 loaf) in half lengthwise and then horizontally so that you have 4 equal pieces.
Combine the Butter (5 tablespoon) and Garlic (2 clove) in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave it until melted, for about a minute.
Evenly brush it all over the 4 pieces of ciabatta and toast them in the oven for 10 minutes.
While they toast, stir the Fresh Crab Meat (16 ounce), Jarred Roasted Red Peppers (1 jar), Tomato (1), Fresh Basil Leaf (6), Crème Fraîche (1/3 cup), Old Bay® Seasoning (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1 pinch) together in a bowl thoroughly.
When the garlic bread is done, divide the crab mixture evenly among the 4 pieces of ciabatta and spread it out in an even layer. Top each piece with two slices of Pepper Jack Cheese (8 slice) and return the sheet pan to the oven for another 10 minutes. The cheese should get bubbly and the mixture cooked through.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
