Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Combine the Celery (2 stalks) , Onion (1/2) , Jalapeño Pepper (1) , and zest of Lime (1) in a medium bowl.
Step 2
Add Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) , lime juice, and Habanero Hot Sauce (1/2 tsp) . Stir to combine. Mix in Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) .
Step 3
Drain the Canned Tuna Packed in Water (4 cans) and flake with a fork.
Step 4
Add tuna to mayonnaise mixture and stir until combined. Add the Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
Step 5
Toast or grill the Sourdough Bread (12 slices) .
Step 6
To assemble sandwiches, place toasted bread on a cutting board and add Lettuce (to taste) , English Cucumber (1/2) , Tomato (1) , and Avocado (1) . Top with a scoop of the tuna salad and a bit of Fresh Cilantro (to taste) . Enjoy!
