This recipe is super easy, all you need to do is add the ingredients to a food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes – that’s all! The ingredients of the Greek tapenade are fairly simple. It is a perfect spread for biscuits, crackers, flatbread, breadsticks, and vegetables. You can also add in pasta, using it as a great alternative to pesto.

Combine Kalamata Olives (3/4 cup) , Garlic (1 clove) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 tsp) , Balsamic Vinegar (1 tsp) in a small food processor and blend for 1 to 2 minutes until they resemble a slightly granular paste.
Step 2
Serve with a toasted baguette, as a seasoning or as a topping for a dish.
