Sliced Almonds

Dried Cranberries

Sesame Dressing

3/4 cup

Coconut Milk

•

3 Tbsp

Olive Oil

4 Tbsp

Sesame Oil

2 tsp

Honey

•

to taste

Salt

Ground Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Slice the Kale Leaves (6) from the stalks, you don’t want any part of the stalk), and chop the kale into small pieces.

Slice the Green Apples (3) into thin half-slices.

Toss the kale, apples, Sliced Almonds (1/2 cup) and Dried Cranberries (4 Tbsp) together in a salad bowl.

Mix Coconut Milk (3/4 cup) , Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) , Sesame Oil (4 Tbsp) , Honey (2 tsp) Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) together in a small bowl.

Drizzle over the salad and gently toss until everything is coated with the dressing, then serve.
