Cheese goes amazingly well with kale, apple and cranberries!

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Slice the Kale Leaf (6) from the stalks, you don’t want any part of the stalk), and chop the kale into small pieces.
Step 2
Slice the Green Apple (3) into thin half-slices.
Step 3
Toss the kale, apples, Sliced Almonds (1/2 cup) and Dried Cranberries (1/4 cup) together in a salad bowl.
Step 4
Mix Coconut Milk (3/4 cup), Olive Oil (3 tablespoon), Sesame Oil (4 tablespoon), Honey (2 teaspoon) Salt and Pepper (to taste) together in a small bowl.
Step 5
Drizzle over the salad and gently toss until everything is coated with the dressing, then serve.
