Slice the Kale Leaves (6) from the stalks, you don’t want any part of the stalk), and chop the kale into small pieces.

Toss the kale, apples, Sliced Almonds (1/2 cup) and Dried Cranberries (1/4 cup) together in a salad bowl.

Mix Coconut Milk (3/4 cup), Olive Oil (3 Tbsp), Sesame Oil (1/4 cup), Honey (1/2 Tbsp) Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) together in a small bowl.
