Mix Coconut Milk (3/4 cup), Olive Oil (3 tablespoon), Sesame Oil (4 tablespoon), Honey (2 teaspoon) Salt and Pepper (to taste) together in a small bowl.
Drizzle over the salad and gently toss until everything is coated with the dressing, then serve.
