If you find the paste is too thick just add a little more olive oil & blend - until you are happy with it.

Place Black Kalamata Olives in Brine (3 1/3 cups), Fresh Thyme (1 Tbsp), Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 Tbsp) and Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a blender and pulse until smooth. If you find it too thick, add more olive oil until it's to your liking.
