If you find the paste is too thick just add a little more olive oil & blend - until you are happy with it.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place Black Kalamata Olives in Brine (400 gram), Fresh Thyme (4 teaspoon), Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 tablespoon) and Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) in a blender and pulse until smooth. If you find it too thick, add more olive oil until it's to your liking.
Step 2
Serve with bread, melba toast or crackers. Enjoy!
