Cooking Instructions

Wash herbs well. Place Fresh Basil (1 handful), Fresh Parsley (1 handful), Plain Greek Yogurt (3 Tbsp), Avocado (1), juice from Lemon (1), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a food processor and blend until smooth and silky. You can also use a hand-held blender.

Serve with Pasta, Cous Cous Salad, Chicken Salad, Roast Vegetables, Steamed Vegetables, Sweet Potato Chips etc. Enjoy!
