Cooking Instructions

Chop the Watermelon (1/2) and the Pickled Daikon Radish (1 cup) in cubes.

Combine the Red Onions (3 Tbsp), watermelon, and pickled daikon radish in a bowl and mix gently with the Lime (1).

Top with Scallions (1 stalk), Feta Cheese (4 Tbsp), and Black Sesame Seeds (to taste).
