Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Step 2
Arrange Nectarines (2) , Plums (3) , Fresh Strawberries (1 cup) , and Pineapples (1 cup) in a baking dish.
Step 3
Drizzle over Honey (1 Tbsp) and sprinkle the Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) and Ground Nutmeg (1 tsp) evenly over the fruit.
Step 4
Give it a gentle toss and bake for about 15 minutes, until the fruit is tender.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix together Greek Yogurt (3 Tbsp) , Honey (1 Tbsp) , and Vanilla Essence (1 tsp) .
Step 6
Place in a jug to serve alongside the fruit bake, or wait for the fruit to cool slightly and drizzle the sauce over.
