or equivalent in vegetable stock

Fresh Basil , finely chopped

Step 1
Heat Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) in a pot and add Red Onion (1) and Tomatoes (4) then stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Add the Fresh Basil (1 handful) , Salt (1/4 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) , and Vegetable Bouillon Cubes (1/2 Tbsp) and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
